Too often, disability inclusion focuses on hiring and accommodation, but, like every minority or other underrepresented group, that is just a first step.
One in four adults has some type of disability, visible and/or invisible. A disability is not an indicator of ability as a leader, co-worker, or colleague.
Join us for a conversation with Andrew “Andy” Imparato, Executive Director at Disability Rights California. Andy is a disability rights lawyer, policy professional, and non-profit leader. He has over 30 years of experience advocating for and working with people with disabilities. Andy will be joining us to talk about how we can drive more inclusion for people with disabilities and dismantle the barriers they face in the workplace. We hope you join the conversation!
